Refund Policy

Dash 2 Success is a limited-capacity, group coaching program. When you enroll, you’re reserving a seat in a specific cohort with a specific start date. This policy explains how refunds, transfers, and payment issues are handled.
By completing enrollment, you agree to this Refund Policy as part of the overall Terms & Conditions and Group Coaching Agreement.
1. Standard Policy: All Sales Are Final
Enrollment in Dash 2 Success is non-refundable once you complete checkout and your spot is confirmed. The Program Fee is for access to the entire 8-week program, including materials and replays, not individual sessions. There are no refunds if you decide not to attend, stop participating, or do not complete the program. Please enroll only if you are committed to showing up and doing the work for the full 8 weeks.
2. Changes Before Your Cohort Starts
We understand life happens. If something changes before your cohort’s start date, you may request to move to a later cohort, subject to availability.
Any change must be requested in writing (email) as soon as possible before your first DASH session.
While the default policy is no refunds, in rare cases and at our sole discretion, we may offer a partial credit or alternative option if you contact us early enough and we can fill your seat. This is not guaranteed.
3. After Your Cohort Starts
Once your cohort begins (your official start date or first live session, whichever comes first):
You are committed to the full program fee, even if you:
- Miss sessions
- Fall behind
- Choose to stop attending
There are no partial or pro-rated refunds for missed or unused weeks.
Session replays and downloadable materials are provided so you can stay on track if you miss a LIVE session.
4. Chargebacks
You agree not to initiate chargebacks with your bank/credit card company as a way to circumvent this policy. If you have a concern, contact us first so we can address it directly.
Unwarranted chargebacks will be treated as a breach of our Agreement, and we reserve the right to pursue the balance owed plus any associated fees.
5. Program Changes, Cancellations & Our Commitment
If Dash 2 Success ever needs to:
- Reschedule a session
- Adjust dates due to an emergency
- Or, in a rare case, end a cohort early
We will:
Give you as much notice as possible, and
Either deliver the full 8 sessions on a revised schedule or, if the program is ended early for reasons on our side, provide a fair pro-rated refund or credit for any undelivered portion.
We are committed to delivering the full program you paid for.
6. Extenuating Circumstances
We know life and business can throw serious curveballs (major illness, family emergency, etc.).
While the default policy is no refunds, in truly exceptional situations, we may, at our sole discretion, offer you a spot in a future cohort or partial credit toward a later cohort of Dash 2 Success.
These decisions are case-by-case and are not guaranteed. A past exception does not create a rule.

- Your current cohort start date
- A clear description of your request

Dash 2 Success is built for agents who are ready to show up, be coached, and do the work. This Refund Policy exists to protect the integrity of the program, honor limited cohort capacity, and focus on supporting the agents who are all-in.
