These Terms & Conditions govern participation in the Dash 2 Success coaching program and use of the Dash 2 Success website. By enrolling in the program or using this site, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Program Overview
Dash 2 Success is an 8-week real estate coaching program designed for working real estate agents. The program includes weekly live sessions, supporting materials, and resources intended to help participants improve business structure, consistency, and execution.
Dash 2 Success is an educational coaching program. It does not provide legal, financial, tax, or brokerage-specific advice.
2. Enrollment & Payment Terms
- Enrollment is confirmed once payment is successfully processed.
- Payment is due in full at the time of enrollment unless otherwise stated.
- Payment plans are not offered unless explicitly stated on an enrollment page.
- Enrollment closes 48 hours before the first live session of a cohort.
- Late starts are not permitted.
All prices, schedules, and cohort details are listed on the website at the time of enrollment.
3. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of live coaching cohorts and limited enrollment, all sales are final.
No refunds will be issued for any reason. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Schedule conflicts
- Missed sessions
- Change of circumstances
- Dissatisfaction after enrollment

4. Attendance & Participation
- Weekly live session attendance is expected.
- Recordings may be provided for review, but are not a replacement for live participation.
- Access to recordings does not extend the program length or alter the live schedule.
Participants are responsible for managing their schedules to attend sessions and complete any related work.
5. No Guarantees or Promises
Dash 2 Success does not guarantee specific outcomes, income levels, production results, or business performance.
Results vary based on individual effort, experience, market conditions, and implementation. Participation in the program does not guarantee:
- Increased income
- Closed transactions
- Lead generation
- Business growth
The program provides structure, guidance, and tools — outcomes depend on the participant.
6. Intellectual Property & Use of Materials
All program materials, including but not limited to videos, worksheets, templates, slides, and written content, are the intellectual property of Dash 2 Success.
Participants may:
- Use materials for their own personal business use
Participants may not:
- Share materials with non-participants
- Reproduce, resell, distribute, or repurpose materials
- Record or distribute live sessions without permission
Unauthorized use may result in removal from the program without refund.
7. Code of Conduct
Dash 2 Success is a professional coaching environment.
Participants agree to:
- Engage respectfully with instructors and other participants
- Avoid disruptive behavior during live sessions
- Refrain from solicitation, promotion, or recruitment within the program
Dash 2 Success reserves the right to remove any participant who violates these expectations, without refund.
8. Technology & Access
Participants are responsible for:
- Reliable internet access
- A device capable of accessing Zoom and program materials
- Access to email communications related to the program
Dash 2 Success is not responsible for access issues caused by participant technology, connectivity, or email filtering.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dash 2 Success shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the program or use of the website.
Participation is voluntary and at your own risk.
10. Changes to Terms
Dash 2 Success reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with the revised date.
Continued participation in the program constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
